4. Exhaust leak upstream of Bank 2 Sensor 1

A leak in the exhaust manifold, gasket, or pipe before the sensor lets in extra oxygen and confuses the pump-current control, which can register as a low trim condition.

5. Weak or failed sensor heater circuit
