Factory specifications, fluid capacities, torque values, EPA fuel economy and the federal safety record for the 1982 Caprice.
Identified as the 1982 Chevrolet Caprice, this vehicle precedes the provided model complaint history which exclusively spans the 1990-2011 model years. Within that later timeframe, reported issues varied significantly from a minimum of one complaint in 2003 to a maximum of 196 in 1994, yet these metrics do not extend back to the 1982 production year. This placement outside the documented reliability window means the 1982 model's specific standing cannot be directly compared to the later recorded peaks and lows using only this dataset.
